Your tasks

  • Overall responsibility for planning, management and implementation of complex maintenance, retrofit and brownfield projects
  • Management of interdisciplinary teams of engineers, technicians and specialist staff
  • Responsibility for budget, deadlines, quality and contracts
  • Management of subcontractors and external service providers
  • Customer and stakeholder management at national and international level
  • Further development and standardisation of maintenance processes, including digitalisation and lean approaches
  • Analysis and optimisation of technical and organisational processes

Your profile

  • Technical training with further training as a technician or master craftsman
  • or a completed technical degree (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering)
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing industrial projects in the field of maintenance, plant engineering or brownfield
  • In-depth knowledge of project management, controlling, contract and addendum management
  • Leadership experience and confident manner when dealing with customers
  • Willingness to travel extensively (assignments throughout Germany and Europe)
  • Business fluent German and good English skills
  • Confident use of MS Project, MS 365, ERP systems
  • Desirable: experience in Lean Construction / Lean Maintenance
