Our professional start-up services guarantee synchronisation between the customer’s workforce and the suppliers responsible for getting operations started. Ramp-up management also means, of course, that you benefit from our integral conceptual approach and assured methodological know-how in plant construction.
As part of the ramp-up process, we firmly assume operational responsibility in the role of trial operations management. Since the trial operation of plants is associated with special hazards and greater risks than under normal conditions, stringent requirements apply. During trial operation, we ensure compliance with the principles of the German Regulations of the Industrial Associations (BGV A1) combined with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (ArbSchG) and the Industrial Health and Safety Regulations (BetrSichV), as well as additional customer specifications.
Early involvement for maximum success.
Ideally, ramp-up management should commence during the early phases of a plant construction project with the start-up strategy. Given the dynamics of plant start-up, many decisions need to be made in a short period of time. During this project phase, we ensure the smooth interdisciplinary organisation of the ramp-up activities involving a variety of stakeholders, such as production, logistics, plant engineers, and planning departments. Passing through all quality gates in the ramp-up phase with respect to deadlines, costs and performance is another of the aspects we manage.
