Realisation Consulting
SH² stands for realisation consulting and subsequent implementation. As a realisation consultant, we clarify project goals and framework conditions, investigate alternatives, and develop safe ways to achieve the project goal in a quality gate process. Effective advice on realisation helps avoid adverse developments and sets the course for our customers to succeed with their project.

Quality gates
For us, the following are inherent characteristics of a quality gate:
- A QG marks the completion of one project phase and clearance for the next.
- A QG is accompanied by documentation of the results of the previous project phase as well as an evaluation of the current project status (“review”).
- Clearance for the next project phase is controlled using the traffic light principle. A distinction is thereby made between four possible clearance scenarios.
- The results documentation always contains detailed planning of the next project phase (“looking forward”). This includes in-depth planning of the resources and schedule for the following project phase as well as an action plan for subsequently completing unfulfilled objectives.
